Job Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to handle daily office operations, administrative tasks, and routine financial transactions. The candidate should be organized and capable of managing basic accounts and office work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily transaction entries in Tally/Excel
- Maintain records of cash, expenses, and receipts
- Assist in billing, invoicing, and voucher preparation
- Perform basic office administration work
- Maintain files, documents, and records properly
- Support day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate with staff for routine office requirements
- Handle data entry and documentation work
- Assist in petty cash management
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of accounting and office work
- Familiarity with Tally and MS Excel
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
