We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, strong communication skills in English, and at least one year of experience in technical support or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications.
- Assist customers with product usage and resolve technical queries.
- Record and track support requests.
- Escalate complex issues to the development team when required.
- Maintain excellent customer service and follow-up.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Support or IT Support.
- Good knowledge of computers, Windows operating systems, networking basics, and Microsoft Office.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP software support is an advantage.
- Knowledge of remote support tools.
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL) is a plus.
