ChatSpark – Content Strategist
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Strategist to shape ChatSpark’s voice across creators, campaigns, and user engagement. The role focuses on building engaging content strategies that improve 1:1 audio interactions, retention, and creator performance while managing end-to-end social media content.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end social media content and planning
- Create weekly/monthly content calendars and campaign ideas
- Write engaging reel scripts, push notifications, banners, and social media copies
- Develop creator talk themes, call hooks, and engagement prompts
- Identify trending topics and viral content opportunities
- Collaborate with Creator Operations and Marketing teams
- Maintain consistent brand tone across all platforms
Requirements
- Strong Hindi & English writing skills
- Experience in reel script writing and social media management
- Understanding of Instagram trends and audience engagement
- Creative thinking with strong communication skills

- Increase in repeat calls and call duration

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
