Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager with a strong background in fine dining restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff performance, and driving revenue growth while maintaining the highest service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Monitor food and beverage service standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Manage staffing schedules and manpower requirements.
- Control operational costs and maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies.
- Prepare operational reports and achieve business targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest handling abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food & beverage service, and cost control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
