Job description:
The HR Manager at Pyxidia Techlab in Raipur directs the complete human resource department, aligning internal talent strategies with the company's IT consulting, international staffing, and corporate training divisions. This professional oversees the entire employee lifecycle for both local office staff and remote technical teams to support business expansion. They act as the primary link between executive management and employees to maintain an efficient, productive, and highly collaborative workplace culture.
Core roles and responsibilities include executing end-to-end IT and non-IT recruitment pipelines, handling executive onboarding, and managing performance appraisal frameworks. The HR Manager handles third-party payroll compliance, monitors daily attendance, and ensures strict adherence to local Chhattisgarh labor laws and factory acts where applicable. Additionally, they administer employee welfare programs, resolve internal grievances, and coordinate corporate training schedules alongside the academy team.
Candidates must possess an MBA in Human Resources, a PGDM, or an equivalent master's degree, paired with 4 to 7 years of progressive HR experience in IT staffing or corporate environments. Strong proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), applicant tracking software (ATS), and advanced Excel is strictly required for data management. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory to effectively manage client relationships and lead internal teams.
