Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our branch operations, drive business growth, manage a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional service delivery to students and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, sales, and operational management skills, preferably in the education consulting, study abroad, or service industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Achieve branch revenue, admissions, and business development targets.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor counselors, sales executives, and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollments and business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and business partners.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze branch performance reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with corporate offices and other branches to implement organizational initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in branch management, sales management, education consulting, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
