- Operate and monitor the 25 TPH boiler safely and efficiently.
- Start up, shut down, and maintain stable boiler operation.
- Monitor steam pressure, temperature, feedwater quality, and fuel consumption.
- Conduct regular blowdown, water-level checks, and safety-valve inspections.
- Ensure proper operation of water treatment and deaerator systems.
- Ensure compliance with the Boilers Act, safety standards, and plant SOPs.
- Coordinate with the operations and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted steam supply to the alumina plant.
- Record boiler parameters, fuel usage, and operational logs.
- Identify abnormalities and report or rectify minor faults.
- Supervise boiler attendants and maintain housekeeping around the boiler area.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
