Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Ensure timely receipt, inspection, and storage of materials.
- Verify materials against Purchase Orders and delivery challans.
- Issue materials to production as per requirements.
- Manage finished goods dispatch and follow FIFO practices.
- Process GRN, MIGO, Goods Issue, and other ERP transactions accurately.
- Conduct physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate with procurement for material replenishment and shortage management.
- Handle vendor returns for rejected or defective materials.
- Monitor scrap and waste disposal as per company guidelines.
- Maintain 6S standards and ensure workplace safety.
- Support internal and external audits through proper documentation and record maintenance.
