Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings, understand client requirements, and provide suitable business solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads until closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Qualification
