ASIA English School is a well known co-ed school in Ahmedabad, affiliated with CBSE, established and managed by ASIA Charitable Trust, since 1965.
We currently have around 1500 students, from Pre-Primary to Grade XII, and employing 100+ educators.
We are looking to hire a deserving candidate for the post of LIBRARIAN at the earliest as per the details given below:
- Qualifications : Either Bachelors Or Masters - Library science/Library management .
- Experience : 0 to 5 years (Freshers with required qualification can apply)
- Must be able to speak fluent English
Job Profile in brief:
- Keeping accurate and updated records of all books in Register and computer.
- Receiving and lending of books/other resources as required to students/staff.
- Conduct stock-taking at the end of the academic year and order replacements when necessary.
- Ensure the library space remains quiet, clean and orderly.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Principal/Vice Principal as and when required.
Working days : 6 (In a month, one Saturday will be holiday for Academic staff)
Work Timings: 7.30 A.M to 3.30 P.M
Probation Period: One year
