About the Role
Cosmetica India Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Academic Counsellor to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with students, and have experience in admissions or educational counseling, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students about our courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, fee structure, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams for smooth student onboarding.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as an Senior Academic Counsellor
- Excellent communication, counseling, and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Graduate in any discipline.
