1. Welding & Fabrication
- Perform welding and fabrication work on metal components using MIG/TIG/arc techniques as required.
- Measure, mark out, and prepare materials for fabrication to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
2. Measurement & Drawing Interpretation
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and specifications with expertise.
- Conduct precise measurements using tools like callipers, micrometres, and gauges for fitting and assembly.
3. Parts Assembly
- Assemble machine parts and sub-assemblies with high precision, ensuring alignment, fit, and functionality.
- Handle main machine assembly work, including complex integrations and alignments.
4. Manpower & Schedule Management
- Prepare and manage manpower schedules for fitting and assembly teams on a daily/weekly basis.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and address absenteeism or workload issues.
5. Quality & Problem Solving
- Inspect assembled parts for quality, tolerances, and defects; perform rework as needed.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in fitting, fabrication, or assembly processes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
