Function Summary
DSF - Business Enablement function is responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting strategic business initiatives. It focuses on streamlining processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, enhancing partner relationships, and optimizing resources to enable effective distribution. This function collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to address field challenges, improve customer satisfaction, and support business growth through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
Job Summary
This position will be responsible for publishing accurate daily MIS reports, handling field queries, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage Reports and will be key face to coordinate with BIIG team for enablement of New Report requirements. Will handle incentive payouts for the Field Operations Staff (FOS), and organize daily activities to ensure effective communication and support to the field. The role requires maintaining 100% TAT to ensure deadlines are met and supporting the distribution team to achieve consistent performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Publish daily MIS reports with 100% accuracy.
Share accurate weekly review data with stakeholders.
Maintain 100% TAT to ensure deadlines are met.
Handle field queries and ensure resolution within TAT.
Maintain records of field data and resolve queries.
Collaborate with DSDO, Finance, and other relevant stakeholders to manage code and incentive payouts/Terminations for FOS.
Ensure regular communication reaches the field on time.
Organize and maintain track of daily activities.
Circulate surveys within the field to check SAT Score.
Lead and develop a team focused on consistent performance improvement and enable the distribution team.
Work on Digital initiatives for delivering 100% accurate results to field on all key business matrix
Key skills required
Sound knowledge of life insurance/banking operations model and specifically operations processes.
Ability to express ideas clearly and readiness to work on new projects.
Flexibility in taking feedback and modifying approaches.
Working with and through others.
Advanced Python/Excel/Macro skills.
Result orientation.

Postgraduate/Graduate with 7-8 years of experience in a similar role, with 8-9 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Strong decision-making skills to support and enable business.
Result orientation, managerial expertise, problem-solving, role core values.
Good command over Excel and PowerPoint.
Effective communication skills and problem-solving attitude
