Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Quick Commerce advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and focused on maximizing ROI and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and budgets.
- Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Coordinate with content, design, and video teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and media planning.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Mandatory).
- Strong experience with Google Ads; experience with LinkedIn Ads is preferred.
- Experience managing Quick Commerce advertising is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, tracking, and analytics.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple ad accounts and campaigns.
Portfolio or case studies demonstrating campaign performance and results are preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
