Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage and expand dealer, distributor, stockist, and retailer networks across assigned territories. The candidate will drive primary and secondary sales, market expansion, retailer engagement, and sales growth for Subhash Group’s FMCG portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
· Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
· Manage dealers, distributors, stockists, and retailers.
· Execute beat plans and retail market coverage.
· Drive B2B, General Trade, and HoReCa sales.
· Monitor stock movement and distributor ROI.
· Conduct retailer engagement and trade schemes.
· Track competitor activities and market intelligence.
· Lead and guide field sales teams.
· Handle payment collection follow-ups.
· Prepare daily MIS and sales reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile
· 4–8 years experience in FMCG / Spices sales.
· Strong dealer and distributor network in UP / North India.
· Good Hindi communication and basic English skills.
· Graduate / MBA preferred.
· Must own a two-wheeler and be open for extensive travel.
· Experience in spices, masala, food products, or general trade preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
