- Monitor and manage daily poker club operations.
- Ensure smooth execution of cash games, tournaments, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with Floor Managers, Retention Team, and Customer Support to resolve operational issues.
- Verify player onboarding, KYC, and account-related documentation as per company guidelines.
- Monitor player activities and escalate suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
- Handle player queries and resolve operational concerns promptly.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and daily MIS.
- Coordinate with Finance for deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations, and payment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, gaming regulations, and responsible gaming policies.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Support implementation of new operational processes and system improvements.
- Coordinate with the Tech Team to report bugs and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data security.
- Assist in planning and executing player engagement campaigns and tournaments.
