Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Industrial Nurse to join our team and provide essential occupational health services to our workforce. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting employee health, managing first-aid and medical emergencies, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with industrial health standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing (Registered Nurse)
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in industrial / occupational health nursing
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-aid treatment and emergency medical care to employees Conduct routine health check-ups and maintain employee medical records Monitor and manage workplace health hazards and occupational illnesses Coordinate with doctors and hospitals for referrals and follow-ups Ensure availability and maintenance of first-aid kits and medical supplies Promote health awareness and conduct employee wellness programmes
Salary & Benefits
- Gross Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience) PF & ESI: Applicable as per statutory norms Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week) Shift: Day shifts only Supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth
