We are looking for a passionate, hands-on F&B Supervisor to lead our shift operations and elevate our cafe experience. You will be the direct link between management and the floor staff, ensuring that our high standards for food, specialty coffee, and customer service are delivered consistently every single day.
This is a leadership role that requires you to lead by example. Whether you are jumping behind the espresso machine during a heavy morning rush, guiding a new team member, or managing opening/closing checklists, you keep the energy high and the floor running flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Shift Leadership & Floor Management
- Lead daily shifts, assigning tasks to baristas and service staff to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak rushes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests on the floor, handling inquiries, feedback, and resolving issues with a warm, professional attitude.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer reconciliations, securing the premises, and preparing shift handovers.
Quality Control & Standard Compliance
- Monitor food presentation and beverage quality (including espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art) to ensure they meet established recipes and standards.
- Enforce strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards across the dining area, counter, and kitchen stations.
- Ensure the point-of-sale (POS) system is operated accurately and trouble-shoot minor technical or order issues on the fly.
Team Coaching & Training
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members on customer service, upselling, and workflow efficiency.
- Assist in onboarding and training new hires on cafe protocols, menu items, and brewing equipment.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and energetic team environment during high-pressure shifts.
Stock & Waste Tracking
- Conduct daily and weekly stock counts for high-turnover cafe items (coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, packaging).
- Log wastage, track expiration dates, and report low inventory levels to the management team to prevent stockouts.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
