Job Title: Restaurant Captain
Industry: Hospitality (Hotel Industry Only)
Location: Coimbatore -Tatabad (Gandhipuram)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff during shifts
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Assist in staff training, grooming, and performance monitoring
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards as per hotel policies
- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements
- Ensure proper billing and closing procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as Restaurant Captain / Senior Steward in a hotel
- Mandatory: Hotel industry background
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards
- Ability to handle pressure and manage team effectively
- Well-groomed and customer-focused attitude
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
