Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into functional and visually appealing designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user research and basic usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Translate business and technical requirements into user-friendly design solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Maintain consistency by following design systems and brand guidelines.
- Apply user-centered design (UCD) principles and industry best practices.
- Iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data insights.
- Ensure responsive and accessible designs across multiple devices and platforms.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Good understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles and usability standards.
- Knowledge of user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Strong visual design, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Experience designing both web and mobile applications.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
