You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator with experience in hospitality hiring, supporting end-to-end recruitment for hotel and F&B operations. Skilled in interview coordination, frontline and bulk hiring, candidate screening, and onboarding support. Strong ability to manage high-volume recruitment while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely staffing during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies
- Post job openings on job boards, career pages, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track and manage candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background verification
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire)
- Support employer branding initiatives
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
