Position: Technical Support Executive
Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata
Work Mode: Work from Office
Budget: Up to ₹20,000 in-hand, based on last drawn salary
Eligibility:
- 1–2 years of experience in Voice Process, BPO, or Customer Support
- Upselling/Cross-selling experience is mandatory
- Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Immediate Joiners preferred
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday fixed
