We are looking for a proactive and experienced Floating Manager to oversee operations across multiple salon branches. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of experience in the salon or beauty industry and be capable of managing branch operations, handling staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational standards. The candidate should be flexible to travel and support different branches based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of assigned salon branches as per business requirements.
- Ensure smooth functioning of salon operations, including staff management and customer service.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise salon teams to achieve sales and service targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and productivity.
- Ensure SOPs, hygiene, safety, and brand standards are followed across all branches.
- Coordinate with Area Manager and Head Office regarding operational updates and branch performance.
- Monitor inventory, stock consumption, and coordinate replenishment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Support new branch openings, staff training, and operational transitions.
- Ensure effective upselling of salon services and retail products.
- Handle staff scheduling, leave planning, and manpower allocation.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Good understanding of salon operations and customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple branches and work under pressure.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, billing software, and reporting.
- Willingness to travel frequently between branches.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 4–5 years of experience in salon operations, preferably as a Salon Manager or Assistant Salon Manager.
- Experience in managing teams and achieving business targets.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
