Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure product quality standards and compliance with company specifications.
- Optimize machine utilization, manpower deployment, and production efficiency.
- Minimize production downtime, wastage, and operational costs.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Implement and maintain safety, housekeeping, and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production reports, inventory consumption, and production KPIs.
- Lead, train, and develop production teams to improve performance and discipline.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Plastic, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- 8–15 years of experience in HDPE/PVC Pipe, Plastic Extrusion, or Micro Irrigation manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, extrusion processes, quality systems, and team management.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Reporting To: Plant Head
Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
