- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media.
- Make outbound calls for lead follow-ups, order confirmations, and customer feedback.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history.
- Assist in creating basic marketing content, including social media posts and promotional materials.
- Monitor online inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Process and coordinate customer orders from receipt to dispatch.
- Maintain order records, invoices, and dispatch documentation.
- Maintain customer and sales databases.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on orders, marketing activities, and customer interactions.
- Assist with other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
