Job Description: Faculty – AI/ML, BCA, MCA

Position Overview:
The Faculty member will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and undergraduate/postgraduate computer application programs (BCA & MCA). The role involves delivering quality education, contributing to curriculum development, and engaging in academic and research activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach subjects related to AI/ML, Data Science, Programming (Python, Java), Database Management Systems, and related areas.
- Develop and update course content, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
- Conduct lectures, practical sessions, and project guidance for BCA and MCA students.
- Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
- Mentor students for academic and career development.
- Participate in research, publications, seminars, and workshops.
- Contribute to curriculum design and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support institutional activities, events, and academic administration.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree (MCA/M.Tech/MS) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field .
- 1–5 years of teaching or industry experience in relevant domains.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, programming, and data handling.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Programming proficiency (Python, Java, or similar).
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
