About the Role
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to lead automated testing across Web Dashboard and native Kotlin Android application. The role involves testing complex features such as GPS tracking, telecalling, call recording, auto-dialing, number masking, and real-time data synchronization between mobile and web platforms.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automation frameworks for Web and Android applications.
- Automate testing for telecalling, call recording, location tracking, and CRM workflows.
- Validate data synchronization between mobile apps, web dashboards, and backend systems.
- Create and execute API automation tests.
- Perform performance, stability, and battery consumption testing.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills
- 3–5+ years of QA Automation experience.
- Strong experience with Appium, Espresso, or UIAutomator.
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Proficiency in Kotlin/Java and basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
- Experience testing Android permissions, background services, and location-based features.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as REST Assured or Postman.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Preferred
- Experience with CRM, field-force, or telecalling applications.
- Knowledge of performance and mobile stability testing.
