HavStrategy is looking for an experienced Operations Head to oversee daily business operations, streamline processes, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The role requires strong leadership, execution, and organizational skills in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall agency operations and team coordination
- Develop and improve operational processes and workflows
- Ensure timely execution of projects and client deliverables
- Coordinate with HR, creative, performance, and accounts teams
- Monitor productivity, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Handle vendor management, office administration, and internal operations
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in operations or team management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and deadlines efficiently
- Experience in agency, startup, or marketing environments preferred
