About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Domestic Telecalling& Field Executive who has good spoken English skill and enjoys building relationships, and representing the company professionally. The role involves telecalling, appointment setting, field visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with prospective customers. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the real estate sector or/and in the legal field.
Key Responsibilities
· Contact potential customers and introduce DTPLabs' products and services.
· Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations.
· Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
· Visit lawyers, law firms, realtors and property dealers and other prospective clients.
· Conduct product demonstrations and collect customer feedback.
· Represent DTPLabs at networking events and meetings.
· Maintain daily call, visit, and sales reports.
· Update CRM/Excel with lead status and meeting outcomes.
Required Skills
· Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
· Confident, professional, and presentable personality
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
· Comfortable using smartphones, email, and WhatsApp
· Willingness to travel locally for field meetings
Preferred Skills
· Basic legal knowledge or familiarity with the legal industry
· Experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or field marketing
· Appointment setting or lead generation experience
· Basic CRM software knowledge
· Valid two-wheeler driving licence (preferred)
· Local area knowledge
· Objection handling and negotiation skills
