Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance of elevators and escalators.
- Respond to service and breakdown calls in a timely manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, or control systems.
- Perform minor repairs or component replacements during servicing.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and elevator regulations.
- Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance checklists, and reporting documentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining elevators in top working condition.
- Coordinate with the parts department for required spare parts and tools.
- Attend regular technical and safety training provided by the company.
KEY QUALIFICATION :
BE / BTech in Electrical Engineering / EEE
1 -2 years in maintenance, breakdown, servicing
