M/s. Heal Nest Pharmaceuticals is looking for a motivated and result-driven Medical Representative (MR) to join our distributor network. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in pharmaceutical sales, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of the medical field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical practitioners and distributors
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups with clients
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
- Organize and participate in medical camps, promotional events, and meetings
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the medical field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Must own a bike or scooty for fieldwork
