As a Customer Delight Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are handled seamlessly across email, chat, and voice channels.
Key Responsibilities (KPIs)
- Provide Exceptional Support: Handle customer queries via email, chat, and calls with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Identify root causes and provide timely, effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Deliver Customer Delight: Understand customer needs and go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.
- Meet Performance Metrics: Achieve targets related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Requirements
- Customer-First Mindset: Strong passion for delivering excellent customer experiences with empathy and professionalism.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to handle challenges proactively while maintaining a calm and friendly approach.

- Adaptability: Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Prior experience in customer support/customer service is an added advantage
Pay: ₹33,333.00 - ₹41,666.00 per month
