About the Role
Young Minds Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in Software Development and Testing. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing development teams, ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining quality standards, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Development and Testing teams.
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily project activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Review code, testing reports, and project progress.
- Implement best practices in software development and quality assurance.
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and mentoring sessions.
- Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to management.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Software Development and Testing.
- Hands-on experience with MERN Stack/Web Development.
- Strong knowledge of Manual and/or Automated Testing methodologies.
- Experience in project coordination and team handling.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant industry experience in Development and Testing.
- Previous experience in leading or mentoring a technical team is preferred.
