- Provide personalized care and support to seniors with dementia and memory-related conditions.
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as grooming, hygiene, mobility, feeding, and medication reminders.
- Monitor behavioral and emotional changes in residents and report concerns to family members or supervisors.
- Engage seniors in cognitive stimulation activities, exercises, and social interaction programs.
- Ensure a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and responsibly.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, caregivers, and family members regarding care plans.
- Maintain proper records of residents’ health updates and daily activities.
- Support families with guidance and updates regarding dementia care needs.
- Follow all eldercare safety, hygiene, and professional care standards.
Requirements
- Experience in dementia care, eldercare, nursing, psychology, or caregiving.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and emotional stability.
- Ability to manage seniors with behavioral or memory challenges.
- Basic knowledge of dementia care practices and elderly health conditions.
- Certification in caregiving, nursing, or geriatric care is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant training may also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
