KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
(Primary duties )
The role will be responsible for all the HR and administration support to the new project organization (Plant – Manapparai, Trichy).
The brief description of the role will include:
o Manpower Planning, Budgeting and talent acquisition including executives, staff, skilled and contract workmen.
o Liaison with Govt. Officials with regard to the necessary approvals/licenses/documents etc.,
To Liaison with Statutory & Non-Statutory Bodies.
(DLC Office, DOF, DPC, ESIC, PF, Labour Courts, etc.).
To maintain all the compliances Under Factories Act 1948.
To deal with Contract Labour Agreements, Licenses, Registration Numbers etc.,
To keep check on Compliance Under Contact Labour Abolition Act 1970.
To keep check all Compliances from time to time.
Adm inistrative functions related to the new project
Housekeeping, Security, Transportation, Telephones, Travel arrangements, Guest House, Printing Stationery, Stationery Items Etc.)
Public Relations & Guest Relations
The incumbent will be headquartered at the Project Office, Trichy, Tamil Nadu and will be responsible for handling the HR & Administration for the Company

Usage of MS Office and SAP package
Deep understanding of systems and policies. Ability to develop and implement appropriate systems.

AGE: 35 to 45 years
QUALIFICATION:
Should be an MSW / MBA / MHRM / from a reputed institute
EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY: :

15 to 20 years of hands-on experience on handling the Human Resources Function in the Manufacturing sector / Engineering Industry / Process industry/Green Field Project
Should have a good blend of experience in HR & IR
Exposure towards Quality & Environment Management Systems& Experience in handling the green field project.
