We are looking for a Plastic Molding Operator to operate and monitor injection molding machines to ensure quality production as per company standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate plastic injection molding machines as per production plan
- Load raw material (plastic granules) into machine hoppers
- Install and remove molds with supervision when required
- Monitor machine parameters like temperature, pressure, and cycle time
- Inspect molded parts for defects, dimensions, and surface finish
- Perform trimming and basic secondary operations
- Maintain daily production and rejection records
- Report machine breakdowns and quality issues to supervisor
- Carry out basic machine cleaning and preventive checks
- Follow safety rules, SOPs, and housekeeping (5S) standards
- Ensure shift handover and communication with next operator
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 10th or 12th pass
- ITI / Diploma in Plastic, Mechanical, or related field preferred
- Experience: 2 years in plastic injection molding
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Basic knowledge of injection molding process
- Ability to identify defects and maintain quality
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail
- Discipline and ability to follow instructions
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Factory shop floor environment
- Standing for long hours
- Rotational shifts including night shifts

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
