Key Responsibilities
· Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat, social media, and marketplace platforms.
· Assist customers with product recommendations, sizing guidance, order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
· Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with Barker's brand values.
· Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
· Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and e-commerce teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
· Manage customer reviews and feedback across multiple channels.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
· Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements.
Mandatory Requirements
· 2–5 years of customer service experience in e-commerce, retail, fashion, footwear, luxury, or D2C brands.
· Excellent spoken and written English.
· Proven experience interacting with UK and USA customers is mandatory.
· Strong listening, comprehension, and communication skills with the ability to understand UK and US accents, customer expectations, and cultural nuances.
· Ability to handle customer calls, emails, and chats confidently and professionally.
· Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
· Comfortable working from the Gurgaon office on a full-time basis.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or similar customer support platforms.
· Experience supporting international e-commerce operations.
· Knowledge of footwear, fashion, or premium/luxury retail is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
