About the Role
NetTech India is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote our Online Distance Learning programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective students, understanding their career goals, and converting inquiries into admissions. The candidate should possess excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Counsel students regarding Online and Distance Learning programs.
- Understand students' educational and career requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert leads into successful admissions while achieving monthly targets.
- Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Stay updated on course offerings, university partnerships, and industry trends.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Good counseling and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Admissions, Academic Counseling, or EdTech Sales.
- Experience in Online/Distance Learning admissions will be an added advantage.
