Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information
- Explain Samsung products, features, specifications, and benefits to customers
- Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions
- Demonstrate products and support customers in purchase decisions
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Coordinate with showroom team for daily activities
- Maintain product displays and ensure proper presentation
- Collect customer feedback and share updates with the team
- Support achieving showroom sales objectives through customer engagement
Work Location: All Kerala(kattapana,adimali,kottayam,kochi,thrissur,calicut,trivandrum)
Work Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Weekly Off: 1 Day per Week
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
