About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting and taxation who is eager to grow in a fast-paced apparel and eCommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts & Financial Operations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process vendor payments and track collections
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and transactions
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries
2. Reconciliation & Reporting
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger matching
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
- Assist in monthly and annual closing processes
- Support preparation of balance sheets, P&L, and financial statements
3. Taxation & Compliance
- Work on GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
- Assist in reviewing expenses, payroll, and financial records
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
4. Invoicing & Documentation
- Prepare sales invoices as per contractual terms
- Maintain financial data in systems for accuracy and accessibility
- Draft client communication and financial documents as required
5. General Accounting Support
- Handle petty cash management
- Assist with payroll processing
- Support senior accountant on ongoing projects
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and updates
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter)
- 0–1 year of experience in accounting or finance (apparel industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of:
- GST, TDS, Income Tax basics
- Balance Sheet & P&L preparation
- Proficiency in:
- Tally ERP 9
- MS Excel (advanced), MS Word, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with online banking (NEFT, RTGS, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills (written & verbal English)

- Experience in apparel / garment industry accounting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to travel when required
- Valid driving license (LMV) is a plus
