Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven operator who will own and scale our entire Quick Commerce and E-commerce business.
This is not a team management role — this is an individual contributor role with full ownership, where you will be responsible for ensuring:
- Maximum platform presence
- Strong visibility and conversion
- Most importantly — profitable growth month-on-month
You will work directly with the founder and play a critical role in building this channel into a major revenue driver.
Key Responsibilities1. Platform Expansion & Onboarding
- Ensure Oh! G Snack is listed across all relevant platforms (Quick Commerce + E-commerce)
- Lead end-to-end onboarding across platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Drive category expansion and SKU listings across platforms
2. Revenue Growth with Profitability
- Own topline growth across all platforms
- Design and execute growth strategies without compromising margins
- Track and optimize contribution margins across channels
- Ensure every campaign, discount, and visibility lever is ROI-driven
3. Platform Management & Optimization
- Optimize listings, keywords, creatives, and content for higher conversion
- Manage platform dashboards, inventory planning, and fill rates
- Drive visibility through banners, search ranking, and platform-led campaigns
- Continuously improve unit economics at SKU and platform level
4. Commercial & Margin Management
- Deeply understand platform commercials: commissions, discounts, ad spends, logistics
- Build and manage pricing strategies to ensure profitability
- Own P&L for the entire e-commerce and quick commerce business
- Evaluate and negotiate platform deals and trade spends
5. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers across platforms
- Unlock better visibility, placements, and campaign opportunities
- Stay ahead of platform changes, trends, and opportunities
6. Data & Performance Tracking
- Track key metrics: CAC, ROAS, contribution margin, sell-through, repeat rates
- Build weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights
- Identify scale levers and inefficiencies proactively
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years of experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce roles
- Proven track record of scaling brands on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart
- Strong understanding of marketplace economics and profitability levers
- Hands-on experience with dashboards, ads, and platform tools
- Ability to operate independently with high ownership and speed
- Strong analytical thinking + execution mindset
Good to Have
- Existing relationships with category managers across platforms
- Experience in FMCG / food / snacking brands
- Experience in scaling low AOV, high-volume products

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
