We are seeking a reliable Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our stock levels. In this role, you will lead store and inventory control procedures, ensuring adequate materials are available for all distribution channels while minimizing carrying costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock Monitoring: Track daily inventory levels across warehouse to identify shortages and surpluses.
- Replenishment Planning: Place purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery while avoiding excessive surplus.
- Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and historical data to anticipate future inventory needs.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular physical/cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain 95%+ inventory accuracy.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain reliable supply chain relationships.
- Technology Utilization: Operate and update supply chain software to record deliveries, shipments, and inventory movements.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse and stockroom staff.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement loss mitigation strategies and improve overall warehouse workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 12–20 years of proven experience as an Inventory Manager, Stock Controller
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical acumen for data analysis, forecasting, and budget compliance.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management,Operations Management,
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
