Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to support our sales team. This role combines technical knowledge with strong communication and sales skills to support B2B clients through the entire sales cycle; from lead qualification to proposal and post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for inbound/outbound sales inquiries.
- Understand customer technical needs and recommend appropriate products/solutions.
- Collaborate with field sales engineers, product managers, and technical support.
- Generate quotes, proposals, and follow up with clients to close deals.
- Manage CRM data, track sales activities, and maintain client records.
- Conduct product presentations and technical demos remotely.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support marketing efforts by providing product input, content ideas, and attending trade webinars/events.
