We are seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in SEO, performance marketing, lead generation, content strategy, and digital campaign management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving online visibility, driving qualified leads, managing paid campaigns, and executing data-driven marketing initiatives that contribute to business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Lead Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Local SEO initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Improve website performance, Core Web Vitals, search rankings, and organic traffic.
- Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI-driven search optimization strategies.
Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance including CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
- Execute audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels to improve lead quality.
Content & Social Media Marketing
- Develop content strategies aligned with customer journeys and business goals.
- Coordinate content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Manage social media marketing activities to improve engagement and brand visibility.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and reporting tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and recommendations for management.
Marketing Automation & Lead Generation
- Manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and CRM coordination.
- Support lead generation initiatives through digital campaigns and marketing automation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.

Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, and Performance Marketing.

Pay: ₹14,067.76 - ₹55,868.99 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
