Key Responsibilities:
- Attend breakdown/service calls for DG sets at customer locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of generators.
- Diagnose electrical/mechanical faults and provide quick resolutions.
- Ensure timely completion of service reports and job documentation.
- Promote spare parts, oil, and AMC services to customers.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through quality service support.
- Coordinate with branch team for spare parts and service scheduling.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Diesel Mechanic.
- 1–3 years of experience in DG set servicing (Freshers with technical knowledge can apply).
- Knowledge of diesel engines, alternators, and electrical systems.
- Willingness to travel for onsite service visits.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
