Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support a senior leader managing operations in the luxury villas segment. This role requires a highly organized individual who can efficiently manage day-to-day coordination, ensure seamless operational flow, and act as a dependable point of contact across internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates from hospitality or aviation backgrounds will be strongly preferred due to the nature of the role and required exposure to high-service environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Plan and organize travel, including itineraries, bookings, and logistics
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure smooth coordination across departments and functions
Provide administrative and operational support as required
Handle communication, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of the leader
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Candidate Profile:
Background in Hospitality or Aviation is highly preferred
Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with high attention to detail
Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented approach
EA/PA experience is a plus but not mandatory
