Sarwottam Strips Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced person for Store & Purchase operations in our manufacturing unit at Siltara, Raipur.
We are specifically looking for someone who has already worked in the steel, pipe, fabrication, rolling mill, or related manufacturing industry and understands how industrial purchasing and maintenance operations work on the ground level.
Responsibilities:
- Handling purchase of store, maintenance, and industrial items
- Managing day-to-day store inventory and stock records
- Preparing detailed monthly expense and consumption reports
- Comparing month-to-month increases/decreases in expenses and material usage
- Identifying unusual trends or excess consumption in specific categories
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance of existing machinery and equipment
- Following up with vendors and local suppliers for urgent and niche items
- Maintaining proper documentation and coordination with management
Requirements:
- 4–5+ years experience in Purchase/Store department
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in steel, pipe, fabrication, or manufacturing industry
- Good knowledge of industrial store items and maintenance materials
- Strong Excel/reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities properly
- Existing supplier/vendor contacts in Raipur/Siltara market preferred
