1. Classroom Support
- Assist the class teacher in conducting lessons and classroom activities.
- Help prepare and arrange teaching-learning materials.
- Set up the classroom before and after lessons.
- Support effective classroom management and maintain discipline.
2. Student Supervision
- Monitor students during class, transitions, recess, and dispersal.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
- Provide individual attention to students who require additional assistance.
- Encourage positive behaviour and good manners.
3. Academic Assistance
- Support students in completing classwork and assignments.
- Reinforce concepts taught by the teacher through small-group or one-to-one guidance.
- Assist in conducting remedial sessions when required.
- Help students develop reading, writing, and numeracy skills.
4. Support for Assessment
- Assist in correcting worksheets and routine assignments under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Help maintain assessment records and student portfolios.
- Prepare and organise examination materials.
5. Preparation of Learning Resources
- Create charts, flashcards, activity kits, and display boards.
- Arrange educational resources and classroom supplies.
- Maintain learning corners and classroom displays.
6. Administrative Duties
- Maintain attendance records as assigned.
- Assist in documentation, filing, and updating student records.
- Support teachers during admissions, orientations, and school events.
- Coordinate communication diaries and notices sent to parents.
7. Care and Welfare of Students
- Assist younger children with daily routines and hygiene needs.
- Monitor students during meal times.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to children when needed.
- Report any health, behavioural, or safety concerns to the class teacher or school authorities.
8. Co-Curricular and School Activities
- Support assemblies, celebrations, field trips, and competitions.
- Assist in conducting ECA activities and house events.
- Help prepare costumes, props, and materials for performances and exhibitions.
9. Technology Support
- Assist in operating smart boards, projectors, and other classroom technology.
- Help update student information on the school ERP system.
- Support online learning activities when required.
10. Professional Conduct
- Maintain confidentiality regarding student and school information.
- Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Follow school policies, child safeguarding guidelines, and safety procedures.
- Participate in meetings, training programmes, and professional development sessions.
Pay: From ₹8,086.00 per month
