Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products or services, generating leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team, if required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM/database.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Higher Secondary qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and internet).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Confidence in handling customer calls.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
