Job Title: Academic Partnerships & Certification Programs Executive / Manager

Role Summary
The Academic Partnerships & Certification Programs professional will be responsible for building and managing relationships with colleges, universities, and academic institutions. The role involves promoting OEM and Central Body certification programs, identifying academic-industry gaps, and onboarding institutions for long-term collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
· Visit colleges, universities, and academic institutions to establish partnerships
· Engage with academic delegates, decision-makers, and administrators
· Present and promote OEM certification programs and Government programs
· Identify skill gaps between academia and industry and position relevant solutions
· Drive onboarding of institutions for certification and academic programs
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and rollout of programs
· Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions
· Achieve assigned targets related to partnerships and enrollments

Educational Qualification
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
1–5 years of experience in academic partnerships, education sales, institutional sales, or business development. Exposure to certifications, training programs, or university collaborations will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
